I've fell in love with mental health at 14 years old and since then I have been following my natural ability to tune into people and help them. I have spent the last 13 years travelling trying to understand the depths of the human psyche. In this quest, I gained expertise in the various disciplines that encompass being human from the first cell to the last: neuroscience (brain), psychology (mind), philosophy (spirit), dance and other somatic practices (body).
This embedded with my empirical experience has made it a personal and interpersonal discovery - in line with my essence and natural tendency to help those around me deal with various aspects of mental well-being. Always with that warm fuzzy feeling ensuring me that this is what ignites me, it is my survival fuel that can fuel others lives too.

My dynamic as a psychotherapist is based on all my experience and eclectic education with an integrated view of the human being in its biological, behavioral, psychological, neurological and spiritual aspects. The process of living life, the movement of being alive and being a living being is a process that begins in the first uterine cell until the present moment. All domains of being human from the first cell to the last need to be taken into account when dealing with stressful circumstances, traumas, difficulties and specially when we attempt to improve our lives. ​I am experienced and educated on: grief, depression, trauma, stress, self-confidence, resilience & anxiety.

I follow each client in their process of being, living and being without judgments and preconceived views, so that I can provide the most appropriate support. If we take all we are, all we lived and transform the scattered energy into a coherent source of energy for problem-solving and healing, life can be transformed in ways we never imagine before.

Psychoterapy is for anyone of any age, gender and background, but here are some reasons why one may seek it: mental health concerns, relationship issues, life transitions, self exploration and personal growth, coping with grief, burnout, stress, addiction, family issues, identity and self-esteem, managing health conditions.

It's essential to recognize that seeking therapy is a proactive step toward mental and emotional well-being, and the reasons for doing so can be diverse and unique to each individual's experiences and needs.
1. Initial Screening to get to know you and understand your needs.
2. Online/presencial (Lisbon) 1h sessions in English or Portuguese that involve: verbal and non-verbal techniques ( e.g. movement & breathing & imagining) - 25 euros
